Sysco approached Magnus Creative with the challenge of communicating why their food service stands out from the competition. Initially, Sysco was considering a whiteboard video to get their message across, but Magnus Creative recognized that a more dynamic and engaging approach was needed to showcase the company’s unique value proposition.
Insight
After conducting extensive research and brainstorming sessions, Magnus Creative had an insight that using stop motion animation would be the perfect way to bring Sysco’s message to life. Instead of a whiteboard video, Magnus Creative suggested using real food photography to create a stop motion-like video that would grab the attention of Sysco’s target audience. Through this approach, Magnus Creative was able to visually convey Sysco’s message in a way that was creative, engaging, and memorable.
Solution
Magnus Creative’s team of talented artists and designers set out to create a stop motion-like video using photography of real food that integrated into a chalkboard style to deliver Sysco’s message in a visually appealing way. To achieve this, we captured 12 images of each food item (nearly 500 in total), and animated the rotating image sequences to give the appearance of stop motion, without the extensive labor.
The result was a stunning and emotive video that showcased Sysco’s unique value proposition in a way that truly captured the attention of their target audience.
